Chris Kellett, ACP is an experienced paralegal and among the few in California to have earned the Advanced Certified Paralegal designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants.  His outstanding organization, efficiency and effectiveness is demonstrated on a multitude of wide-ranging matters handled by the firm’s attorneys.

Working under tight deadlines, Mr. Kellett prepares and maintains multi-volume notebooks and exhibits for depositions, mediations and trials.  From conducting critical research to managing voluminous discovery documents and orchestrating the presentation of exhibits at trial, Mr. Kellett consistently contributes to positive outcomes for the firm’s attorneys and clients.  For example, he recently assisted an attorney in the courtroom each and every day during a thirty-seven day probate trial, helping to achieve a favorable result for the firm’s client.  In another matter, he managed extensive and unique exhibits for an attorney’s successful month-long jury trial over the misappropriation of intellectual property and breach of an employment contract.
