Elizabeth L. Tran joins the Firm after graduating in the top 3% of her class at New York Law School and completing a three-year clerkship at the Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters, in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the New York and California Bars.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Tran worked in the litigation department of Consolidated Edison Company of New York as an intern. During law school, she was active in the Education Law Clinic where she represented students facing suspension or expulsion from New York City Public Schools and students seeking special education benefits. Aside from her experience in education law, Ms. Tran is trained to conduct thorough review of medical records to evaluate medical theory and expert credibility.  She developed this experience as a law clerk to both Special Master Daniel T. Horner and Special Master Laura D. Millman at the Court of the Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Tran graduated magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where she spoke at her commencement at Carnegie Hall in 2018.

Ms. Tran is fluent in Vietnamese.
