Jimmy Chang joined the firm in 2017 and his practice touches upon numerous facets of real estate litigation and transactions most often arising in connection with trust, partnership, and joint venture disputes.

Prior to joining the firm,  Mr. Chang worked in-house for one of Los Angeles’s largest full-service real estate firms where he advised on a wide variety of real estate practice areas, including land use, CEQA, landlord-tenant laws, housing regulations, acquisitions, corporate governance, and construction.

During law school, Mr. Chang interned with the California Attorney General’s Office and with the California Coastal Commission.  Thereafter, Mr. Chang was a fellow for a nonprofit environmental litigation firm.

Mr. Chang graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015. Mr. Chang became a member of the State Bar of California in November of 2015. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2012.
