Bruce Lurie and Andrew Zepeda Spearhead Defense Leading to Complete Victory

Bruce Lurie and Andrew Zepeda spearheaded the defense of a case in Delaware against a partnership that was being sued for a very large fee under a contract after the partnership’s property was sold.  The trial court ruled that under the terms of the contract no fee was owed, handing the firm’s client a complete victory.
