Victoria Tsylina Presented “Managing the Estate: Valuations, Spousal Share and More”

On March 24, 2025, Victoria V. Tsylina was a panelist at the National Business Institute’s Program “California Probate Process: In 7 Simple Steps,” presenting on a topic “Managing the Estate: Valuations, Spousal Share and More.” In this presentation, Ms. Tsylina explored answers to the question of how to effectively marshal decedent’s assets into the estate, timely elect surviving spouse’s share, and properly account for the expenses of the estate.
