On November 1, 2022, Victoria Tsylina was a panelist at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section, presenting “When To Be Quiet And When To Be Loud: The Attorney-Client Privilege And The Attorney Work Product Privilege In Probate And Trust Matters.” In this presentation, Ms. Tsylina explored answers to the question of “who holds the attorney-client privilege in probate matters?” in different trust and estates contexts.
