Hannah B. Upshaw joined the firm in September 2025. Ms. Upshaw graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2025.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Upshaw has gained valuable experience in a variety of litigation matters including trusts and estate, real estate, and business. Ms. Upshaw has engaged in motion practice, trial preparation, discovery, and court appearances.
In law school, Ms. Upshaw was a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society and served as the president of the Surf and Ski Club. She volunteered for Parents Educators & Students in Action, where she mentored high school students interested in law school. Ms. Upshaw also clerked for a litigation law firm for two years and coached a high school lacrosse team to a CIF championship. Prior to law school, Ms. Upshaw worked for a criminal defense attorney. There, she participated in the preparation for high-profile criminal trials.
Ms. Upshaw is also a graduate of the University of Southern California. At USC, Ms. Upshaw competed on the division one lacrosse team for four years, winning two Pac-12 Championships and making an elite-eight appearance in the NCAA tournament.
